Jane S. Roberts K-8 Center was built in 1989 on sixteen acres located in the beautiful Lakes of the Meadows community. Jane S. Roberts consists of a Pre-Kindergarten through 8th grade configuration that prides itself on academic achievement and a safe educational setting.

Our school enriches the community through educational excellence and its continued commitment and support of our teachers, staff, students, families, and the community that we serve. The extension of the services that the school provides encompasses the needs of the whole individual and ensures academic, social, and personal growth within a supportive, creative, flexible and safe environment.
Vision
Jane S. Roberts K-8 Center holds the beliefs that all educational endeavors undertaken develop and align a positive image through the advancement of the academic, social, athletic, and personal well-being of the student body in a secure and safe environment.
Mascot
Jaguars: The largest cat in the Americas! They are identified by their yellow or orange coats, dark spots, and short legs. The dark spots on their coats are unlike any other cat spots. Each spot looks like a rose and are called rosettes.
